Toochki - Refund not given

I have received a wrong product which I came to know when I opened the packet. So I had initiated the return request the on the spot and called the courier agent as well declaring that I have received the wrong dress.
But I have received a communication from your side that the return request was rejected as it did not match with the product.

When I had received a wrong dress how can I return the correct one?
I am confirming that the packet with order number ********** has already been returned by me and picked up by the shadowfax courier agent * days back.
Please get this resolved on utmost priority and refund my money back else we will never buy anything from Limeroad app.
