I have booked a flight from Go Air in November **** from Hyderabad to Patna dated **th November **** and the flight got cancelled by the airline and Go Air have refunded the money to HappyEasyGo but they are not returning the money and it's been almost one year and when we contact the customer care they always say like your money will be refunded within ** days but still I haven't got my money back yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
