I have bought the tv in ****, the tv I received was faulty. So I reported it on the first day itself and replaced with a new one. For the past * months, I have been trying to repair the defect which arose in ****. I complained much time to videocon service. The total amount is *****, I couldn't get proper response and value from the Sharptronics and Videocon. I have facing mental stress due to this. Me and my family following them for almost * months. Below is the reference number che**********. the last hope is this message. Please address the issue and sue both of them to get the value as a customer. Please get me refunded with the amount I paid.
