Sales person of red season holidays called us that we have been selected for free coupon,when we reached umrao mall premises for meeting employees named Mr. kanishk bajpai and Mr. Najim insisted to take membership for which they have taken Rs *****/ by us in there paytm account, after that they given us a agreement without briefing the terms and conditions. We have not availed any single service from red season holidays.Firstly the employees were saying that our money will be refunded, but now they are not responding even not picking up my call which is so much pathetic and unprofessional.
