I Had Purchased A Frock For My * month Old Baby Online From Child Bird Site On *th March Wednesday. Prior To Booking I Had Made Sure That Size Fits My Baby Girl, I Had Personally Texted Them Via Chat Option In Which They Had Said To Select The Size *-* Yr. I Had Selected The Same. I Had Asked Them About Return/Refund/Replacement Prior To Booking They Said We Have That Option I Can Check from Their Refund Policy. After Confirming I had placed order and Made Payment Through Online. I Paid Rs ****/-, Product Was Delivered To Me On **th March. Product Delivered Was Damaged And Poor Fitting. I Had Texted Them Several Time Regarding Damaged Product And Size Issue. I Had Mailed Them. Called Them But Switched Off. I Didn’t Get Reply From Them Even Through Single Source. I Wonder How Did I Received Immediate Reply From Them On The Day Of Purchase. And Now None Of Them Responds. Please Be Careful With These Sites Cheating People In The Name Of Children Clothing. I finally reached them and sent video and pics of the product, asked for refund they are willing for only exchange. I denied and demanded refund. They agreed for that. I had sent the courier spending my own money to their address. They received courier and from then no reply from them till today refund was not given. I had spent ****/- for entire thing.
