sixteeninches com - refund not given

I ordered a product worth **** rupees from a relatively new website sixteeninches.com on ** november **** since the discount was enticing. But I have yet not received the product. I then asked them from refund to which they never responded. It then came to my notice that they have been frauding many people of late. They have taken many orders and not fulfilled any of them. They keep making excuses on whatsapp chat service but not a single one of their customer receives their product. They are still actively frauding people.
