I have returned a Sari which I brought from Karagiri. The order ID is #KRGR*****. I have raised the return request on **.**.**** and the pick up was done before **.**.**** . From then till now I haven't get the refund. I am sending mail repeatedly to their customer care but they hardly reply that they are processing etc etc. But from * days they even stopped that also. No reply from their end. This is very disappointing. The sari was about Rs. **** and they do not bother to give back that even a single response for that
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
