Frontline solutions ,thrissur - Refund not given

Sir, i paid Rs ***** on * sep **** at frontline solitions consultancy.if job jot got they told they will refund the amount back on ** nov ****.i dont recieve refund yet. While calling them they are not answering my call.they told during the period of ** days they will conduct five interviews with construction companies and they only provide two interviews.its been ** days i didnt recieve the refund.then i text i will go to consumer court then on of their representative call me back and said you need to pay **** to get refund. I siad i will go to court.then they threaten me if you go to court no money will be refinded.
