Apollo 24 7 - Refund not Given

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Refund
The issue that I have experienced was: I had two orders: #********* and #********* for which I had made the payment together of Rs ****. The pharmacy cancelled my order #*********, and after I saw that, I proceeded to cancel my order #********* as there was no point in having only half my order delivered. my refund for #********* was processed and was in my account the very same day. However, for #*********, the refund was never processed. In almost ** emails from ** July to today, cooperating on phone calls, sending proof of payment, my refund is still not processed and the customer service gives updates after * days, the updates being "We are escelating your issue". After not being able to receive their calls that were all made within seconds of each other, I received a mail that my ticket was closed since I did not respond.

i need my refund as soon as possible! I'm sorry but I don't to donate my hard earned money because you can't resolve a simple issue of a refund!
