aquadunia - Refund not given

SRIRAM filed complaint against aquadunia on May 31, 2021

I have placed order with aquadunia.com on April **th , Order id : ****. After a week there was no update on order So I contacted the aquadunia, they told that they cannot ship due to lockdown, so I have question why their website is open for orders and no response from them so I requested for cancellation and refund , Mr Vikas from aquadunia said in *-* days time it will be credit to my payment account , i used credit card for this transaction After a week i found out amount was refunded so i checked with he said razorpay payment gateway has issues and requested couple of days time to sort , i had made multiple calls to follow up he one fine day he suggested to take other products and i denied for which he said refund will be made from his side instead of razorpay so its been * weeks from our last conversation he is not responding over phone/watsapp , now im being cheated with no update or response . I tried to contact from all possible ways in google maps message he responded to me saying again razorpay issue so I am suspicous now. Request you to kindly look into this matter and appreciate for all the help.
