American eagles india - Refund not given

I returned my order to American eagles india online as I was not satisfied with the product. They confirm through email that they received my parcel . They email me that I will get my refund money within few days. But it’s been more than * months I didn’t get my money back. I send them numerous emails about my refund but all they say is they refunded my money. I send them my bank statement as well where it’s clearly mentioned that I never received any refund from them . They are not responding to my emails now as they just said they refunded my money from their system.
