Flipkart travel - Refund not given

I booked Indigo flights for * passengers for the date ** th March, **** through Flipkart Travel. The pnr is WMWMTQ. The flights were cancelled by the airline because of nationwide lockdown due to corona. My money went to credit shell and I had to use some of the money to book flights for the same passengers when the lockdown was removed but could not use the full amount in the credit shell. The remaining balance was INR **** which was refunded by the Indigo Airlines to the Flipkart travel. Now when my money went to Flipkart travel they don't want to return it to me. Therefore they are making excuses and informed me when I asked them that there will be cancellation charges and will not give me full refund. They are clearly disobeying the Supreme Court's decision by charging cancellation fees for the flights which were not cancelled by me. In spite of that though I called them and wrote mails to them, their response is same and taking too much time to return my money. I warned them and sent to them the article about supreme court's verdict. Still they are ignoring my mails and not at all afraid to break the law.
