First of all they send a very cheap and really bad product to me. In my case I ordered a watch but the watch was of really bad quality and had scratches on the glass itself also the glass was really blurry. After that I initiated a refund and Return request from the website which was a pain in itself and took * days just to successfully send the product back. After returning the product I waited * days and after * days emailed the them but still no refund was given the replied that it would take **hrs. Now it has been a whole week and still no refund has been initiated. They even stopped replying to my emails now. Please help me get my money back they scammed me and took the product aswell as the hard earned money. The amount is too much for me to loose. Please help!
