Clearttrip Pvt Ltd - Refund not given yet

on *th March I called Cleartrip to reschedule my Mumbai-Delhi air-ticket. They asked me to make * payments because flight cost was revising very fast. I made * additional payments - Rs. **** and Rs. **** because the Cleartrip agent said ticket prices are changing rapidly. Inspite of doing payments immediately cleartrip system did not move ahead, was buffering and ticket was NOT booked and cleartrip agent told me to cancel the ticket if its ok. He told amount of **** and **** will be refunded in *-** working days. I cancelled the ticket. NO refund has come as yet. It has been ** days. I am following up and they are not responding properly. I have emails claiming refund has been processed but no money credit has happened yet. I have links sent by the company asking for **** and **** amounts and I have payment details with me but NO REFUND.
