Yatrawaves approached us by convincing to take *****rs package. After waiting for * months for the assured gift they had on call now they are denying. So i want my money back. But they are not telling me any way appropriate for refund. Not even pickibg up calls. No upper management conformation. I have sent them formal notice under act ****. But no reply. All we want is money back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
