I hereby request refund of Rs**** paid by me for Soft splint(bill and receipt attached) as the splint is not delivered to me.
Consequent to my emergency admission at Narayana health, Electronic city, Bangalore on **th March night -slip and fall, bleeding,loss of teeth, I was advised by Dr Harish and Dr Samarth R Shetty from oral and maxillofacial surgery department for immediate placement of Soft splint pinpointing their final Diagnosis of `Undisplaced Alveolar Fracture` basing CT scans they took.
On **st March, amidst my tired health condition I went hospital and they took dental impressions using conventional mould method despite me requesting digital measurement method as my teeth were shaky and I had significant pain on even touching tooth. They assured splint will be delivered on *stApril morning. On *st April morning, Dr Harish rung and informed that splint will be ready by *ndApril noon only.
Again *nd April, when I went hospital they made me wait sometime and then Dr Anita tried to place a splint on me that was falling out. Then she explored and played around making me wait further. Dr Harish also came intermittently and just went away without explaining why yet they have only faulty and loose splint.They again made me give an impression by mould method with my shaky tooth, and since then my tooth pain has increased. Just after removing the mould, Dr Anita said may be she need one more impression. Already they couldn’t make a proper splint from impression they took on **th. They repeat same on *nd,and now she want to experiment with multiple impressions? That was sky limit, and I asked her when can I collect my splint.
As how they said, I called on *rdApril morning to check if the splint is ready. Few times they didnt pick up the phone and when someone finally picked up, they didn’t clarify if splint is available.
This hospital have tormented me enough on top of my degraded health condition by delaying my treatment and making me travel uselessly without giving the splint. To avoid further suffering, I have decided to go forward with another hospital.
I tried reaching out Narayana health customer care by phone and email for which there is no helpful response.
Help me get refund of Rs**** paid for undelivered soft splint to my original mode of payment.
