Lt Fab - Refund not given for product returned to company

I had ordered the product(Saree) online from ltfab.com. I was informed that product will be delivered in *-* days but it took more than * week to deliver the product to me. I did not like the product(due to quality) and informed company person over Whatsapp that I'll return the product. I sent the product to company via courier(around Rs. ***) and informed company about the same. After tracking the courier, I found product was delivered to company in * days. I had informed the same to company person and asked for refund. But, he consistently denied that company has received the product. I had shared all the evidences to company about product delivered to them but they are saying product is not received and not providing the refund.
