I had shopped on **th june on VLE Bazaar website for a cell phone. i have been writing to them since June for my refund for a cell phone which i had placed an order on **th June order no ****** for Rs. ****/- and then the company cancelled it. they are yet to refund me. i have raised a complaint with the Consumer Affairs portal with docket no ******* on **rd July. till date there is no refund or no response except the same response your money will be refunded within ** hours.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
