So I paid online at Naivedyam through paytm but they didn't recieve it although the amount was cut from my bank balance.
Even after showing that it's been paid the staff requested for cash and we were ensured that a refund of the online transaction will be given to us in * days. * days later and multiple follow ups later we have still not been refunded the amount. It's been a week
