G Square Realtors Private Limited - Refund not given even after 5 months my cancellation request

I booked a plot in GSquare's Madurai Kappalur Project in ** February, **** and made an advance of *L and another *.*L on **th May ****. Due to my other financial priorities, I raised cancellation request in July ****. They took ** days to approve my cancellation request and they promised to do the refund in ** working days. ** working days past already and when I ask them to process the refund, they are quoting some banking issues and asking for ** more days to process the refund. They seems to be totally unfair when it comes to such requests. Please help me get my refund at the earliest.
