www travolook in - Refund not given even after 1 month and poor customer service

I booked a ticket in Indigo flight through the TRAVOLOOK site on **th june**** from Trivandrum to Kannur.Money was debited from my account.Later got a mail telling that my booking has been canceled.I called them that moment itself,but they told me that the money will only be refunded after **-** working days.I told them that I had no more money in my account to book a ticket,so please refund now but they told me to wait for **-** working days I did not have enough money in my account to book a ticket after that. So I borrowed money from my brother and booked the same ticket again through another website.It has been more than a month and I have not received the refund. I contacted the customer care multiple times but they kept on asking me to wait for another *-** days.
