I have booked a ticket from Kolkata (CCU) to Dehradun (DED) on **-**-**** after that
I have received a mail saying booking under progress & this may take ** minutes to confirm booking. The
amount I paid was RS :***** . My booking reference is: REF*********.
After ** minutes I got a call from
TRAVOLOOK customer care, they told me that the flight price which was shown in their
website during booking has increased , so they are cancelling my booking from their end. Hence I did NOT get any flight ticket, & they told Its Their OPERATIONAL ISSUE.
I don't see any progress regarding initiation process of my refund from their end. They are not confirming my refund initiation by EMAIL and The support number does not connect either. I can see many similar complaints in their name regarding money refund in social media and various websites so it’s look like a cheating / Fraud website and they are stealing money from many people. Please help me to get my money back ASAP.
