Go Air Airlines - Refund not given by GoAir

Hi,
I have booked ticket for **th may **** but because of lockdown flight was cancelled by Airlines. Now they are asking me to they are giving credit note but now no need to travelled from sikkim to ahmedabad so i asked to give me refund for money but they denied so please help me to get my refund back.
Do the needful.
