I purchase the product for business on ** Oct **** and raise a request on ** Oct for return back to the company. But they don't pick up, then * Nov **** I sent the shipment by own on their given address which provided by customer care.
Today is ** June **** I still waiting for my refund. Every time customer care said the same thing that 'Your concern already forward to our team and soon you will get a refund date'. I am totally helpless about how this company cheating with the customers.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
