Limewood Hospitality Holidays - Refund not given by company

We have purchased a membership for * years of INR ***** from Limewood Hospitality & Holidays on **th july **** at Kaithal.
I realized that this policy is not beneficial for us and the term conditions are not up to mark that was told by employees.
So next day I mark a mail and call the customer care of Limewood to Cancel & Refund my money.
They took my complaint & asked to wait for ** days for refund after deduction of **% charges and **% Gst. Total amount that i will get after deduction is *****. I was shocked with the amount that they offer,but i did not have any other option.
We wait for ** days but not get refund, I mark a mail then they said you will get refund in ** days as per their policy.
After ** days same happend, we did not get any refund.
They gave new dates everytime and make fool of us.
Sometimes they said their is Holidays of Diwali Dushehra and sometimes approving authority is not here.
On **th nov they said you will get refund by **th nov ****, but same happend and said you will get **% annual interest too after ** days
On **th they said their is technical issue in our office you will get refund by **th.
Now *** days has almost completed and they are not picking calls and even not replying on mails.They are making fool.

We have frustrate from these cheaters and frauds.

Please help us and get our refund.
