Veertrip Agency - Refund not given by agency

Sir., I have booked my flight ticket on September month through veer trip.. But because of time reschedule of the flight I cancelled my ticket on *nd October.. Because time not sets to me..Sir.,my complaint is they are not giving my refund amount till now.. It's been * and half month.. Because of this problem I'm so depressed.And cannot book again on another flight.. I'm not having enough fund to book flight again..Im very disappointed with this issue on veer trip.. Kindly help me to get my money back..make some compensation if you can otherwise After this I never book flight in veer trip and my relatives too..
