I had booked a flat of type” * BR + STD – C” in Sahara City Homes after depositing a total amount of Rs. ****** in two installments of Rs. ****** and Rs. ******. Company could not provide me the flats and instead requested me to accept the contribution receipts for the deposits in- lieu of the amount which the company owed to me. I was informed that the deposits could be redeemed after ** months, i.e., ** April ****.
Company has to pay me Rs. **,**,*** immediately. I am **and my husband is a senior citizen.
