Made flight booking through this online company. The Airline cancelled the flight and refunded the money to this company. It has been a month but this company has not refunded the money to my account. Called their customer support ** times all they say is wait for ** hours. So many emails sent still no reply. They refuse to give a proper answer even.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
