Instagram Fake Seller - Refund not given after cancellation of order

I ordered a phone from an instagram page called iphone_buy_hub. Then I contacted the seller phone number **********. I ordered the product but and paid an amount of **** to the phone number ********** through GooglePay in advance. But I cancelled the order and asked for refund. They blocked me and not receiving my call.
