Flipmartshop.co.in - Refund not given

A call came from +************ on ** April ****, asking to buy products more than Rs ****/- to get a free gift of sony led tv **inch.
I chose the product ADIDAS shoes which is costing Rs ****/- and I paid them from my paytm wallet, as they have said to transact through paytm wallet earlier.But after a day they are asking me to pay more, which was not told earlier. Hence I cancelled my order.
Later on they’ve told me they will refund me . But still today they have not refunded me Rs ****/-.
Please investigate into the matter.
