Received an item worth ₹*,*** and the size was way larger than shown in product image and description, so I returned it, the employee came next day and picked the item up after that I was told that I’ll be given my money back in *-* days, it’s been well over ** days now and I still haven’t received money, the customer care said no to everything (no customer calling service, no exchange instead of money, no money in Savana wallet) they keep saying I have to go talk to my bank but that’s just horrible service!!!!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
