I placed an order (Order ID: ******) on **th August **** at Footballmonk for ₹***. Immediately after payment, I cancelled the order and received an official email confirmation of cancellation.
However, despite this:
The order status on their website still shows “Pending.”
The courier partner even sent me a message that the order is ready to be shipped.
I have not received my refund of ₹*** to date.
Multiple emails sent to Footballmonk support have gone unanswered.
This delay is unacceptable. I cancelled the order well within the allowed time, and as per standard e-commerce practices, the refund should have been initiated immediately.
Relief Sought:
*. Immediate refund of ₹*** to my original payment method, along with refund confirmation and the Refund Reference Number (RRN/UTR) for tracking.
*. Alternatively, if refund is not possible, the product should be delivered promptly without further delay.
*. Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to Footballmonk’s negligence and lack of response.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
