Flipcart - Refund not given

I bought * air tickets of SpiceJet through Flipcart for * June **** from Patna to Ahmedabad via Delhi with PNR No QCYWFN but due to Covid **, the cancelled by DGCA. Later Spice jet has refunded the whole amount but Flipcart Travel Company refused to denied as saying that the Clint has to raised a request for cancelation from their side later the process can do. My question is that when Supreme Court has clearly instructed to return the whole amount how this travel agency has not informed for me for their terms for cancelation.. I waiting for last * months and knocking SpiceJet who has already refunded the whole amount while Flipcart block my amount silently.
After ** days of my cancellation request (Incident Number *************) they still not refund my amount.
This is too much.
