Ixigo Flyte Booking App - Refund Not Getting

I booked a flight Bhubaneswar (BBI) to Delhi (DEL) on ** march by Air India (AI **) with PNR;- YJBVN by ixigo mobile app.
There be an announcement that the flight is canceled due to some technical issues. I had called ixigo customer care on every * days gap, customer service tell me that I will get my full refund in the next * days. Again I call on after * days, customer service tells again to wait for the next * days. But till now I am not getting my refund. So it's disappointing for me. Now its above * months customer service tell me refund pending. Ixigo customer service tells refund is not in their control. They are waiting for the airline company.
