Acer - Refund Not Getting

I have ordered a acer one ** laptop from flipkart and then after *week it get autoshutdown issue and i contacted coustmer service and a technician came and repaired after *days again same issue camed he had checked again the issue was not resolving and he said change motherboard i am not intrested for part replacement and i dont assure that the issue will fix and i requested for refund and they said contact flipkart because i have ordered from it from flipkart when i contact flipkart they said that they cant give because only *days return policy is there want to conatct acer again i contacted acer then they tell mail to acer and tell i have mailed but now it *days they didnt give any updates from their side when i call cosutmer service they saying it will get soon but not getting response
