I had brought Jio fibre connection with * months of recharge of ****% in April ****. In May ****, we were shifting our house so asked them to relocate to the new location. I was told that old one cannot be relocate so they will refund the amount and they installed new one at new house so I paid again *****. They told me that they will collect the old set up box and refund the amount. I've been calling them but no response yet. Its been a month. Please resolve this issue.
