Hopscotch in - Refund not done

In the month of March, I purchased an item from hopscotch. I returned it as the item was not up to the mark. The item was picked up but till now in my account it's not shown it was picked up. And the refund is not yet done. When contacted the customer care they say the same thing that the item was not picked up which is absolutely not true. And again for the second time they did the same thing. Recently using my hopscotch credits I purchased again. When the item was arrived I couldn't take the item and it was cancelled on April **, but again the refund was not done.

Hopscotch in – Refund not received Closed

I returned the product but they have not refund my money. And after some days they deactivated my account.
