Sulekha com - Refund not done

I purcahsed online advertisement package from sulekha.com for * months by paying **** rupees.
But i *as facing an issue with their service for around ** days after paying money
My advertisements were not live in their website and they couldn't solve this issue even in month time
So i asked for refund.They also accepted that refund will be done but with the deduction of GST
I asked them why you are deducting GST while i didn't get any results from your service and going for cancellation
They didn't give proper reason for that.
They told that i will get the refund amount of **** rupees after deducting GST
I was following them for refund but they were telling that they will call me and collecet my bank account details once my refund is approved by their legal team
But after * weeks they told that they transferred money to my account from which account i paid money to sulekha.com
I closed my ICICI bank account on December **St **** but they told that they transferred money to that account on ** january ****
I asked them how they can transfer money to inactive account but they were telling that they transferred and asked me to approach my bank.
I went to my bank and asked them about this problem.They told that no transaction can be done to inactive account and the transaction amount will be reversed to the sender account immediately if they try to transfer money to inactive account
Then i tried to check that and i did one testing transaction from my new account to my inactive ICICI account.As bank employee told amount was debited and reversed within ** seconds to my account immediately
Then i sent this testing transaction proof and explain what bank employee told to me to sulekha.com team
But they are denying that they paid refund amount and they cannot pay my money again.
I told them that i will file a complaint in consumer court and Nyamath Hussain from customer support and pradeep from sales department told me to go to consumer court and get money if i can
Please help me to get my money from them
