Parimatch GJMS Digital Pvt Ltd - Refund not done

Hi I have done deposit of ***** on **th September and till now on **th September they not received & refund. This ammount debited from my account via Gpay through *rd party merchant. *rd party merchant GJMS DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED received this ammount BUt parimatch not received.This GJMS Digital merchant attached with parimatch banking so why I am not received refund till now. My ammount debited but parimatch told we are not received but my bank statement shown transfer successfully on GJMS Digital .so that's not my fault this GJMS Digital link with parimatch so pls refund my ammount. But parimatch reply we are not responsible for this transaction. But this is not my fault. So refund not done .
