Ixigo and GoAir - Refund not done

My flight was cancelled by the Airline (Go first) and they have paid full refund to IXIGO from where i booked my flight..But IXIGO has not paid the refund to My account! Despite constant reminder to IXIGO they have not paid me the Refund! IXIGO app is useless.
