Swastika filed complaint against JP Varieties on Apr 11, 2021
My customer had ordered * products from the same seller in Messho in-side one single package. Both of them were damaged. So I replaced them. She returned the package containing * products. But it was unknown to us that Messho has assigned two different delivery agency from two different products from same seller. Also the return tracking was so confusing coz *st both products were supposed to be taken by 'E.com express' but then one status changed to 'Delhivery' courier service and one status remained same. I got refund of one product but not getting refund of other one till date. Highly disappointed.
