Byjus Company - Refund not done when registration cancelled

Byjus guy came to home saying free councelling for Upsc classes.
Then started asking to pay the registration fee. I told ,I don't have money now & even the adhaar , PAN nothing, but they are not ok with it. He asked me arrange & pay. I told no I cannot now.
That councelling HR sent **** to my phonepay & asked me to from my mobile.
His intension was to initiate EMI process for ***** from my side through debit card EMI plan.
At last he didn't leave me so i paid **** to byjus as a registration fee,unfortunately money struck in phonepay. So he went on that day. then he started calling again & again asking the status the money.
After that i saw the status in phonepay that it is delivered to byjus.
Then I applied for cancellation through mail
Now they are telling your EMI process is not initiated but we have received your money of **** . But to get refund to you need to complete the EMI initiation process then we cancel it & revert back your money.
I said
registration is not yet completed. Now itself you are not ready to revert back ****.if I complete EMI process. How can i believe that you will cancel & revert paid money.
So for that they replied to forgot the paid money .the other side that councelling HR is calling again & again for ****Rs.
I don't no how to revert him ****.
To make money they are playing poor people.
