Shopolics - Refund not done for a returned product

Color: Green - white - Blue
Promised delivery : * - * business days

Received fabric : incorrect color
Delivered after ** days
I informed the delivery of incorrect fabric to them immediately and asked for a refund instead of exchange because of the very long duration they are taking for processing (i ordered it for an occasion )
After a few mails , they sent me return mailing address to which I sent the fabric with my own courier expenses .
Date on which return courier received by them is : **rd october ****.
Post that I mailed them many many times for which they replied on November *st saying refund has been done .

But I dint receive any refund .
I mailed the same .
Same repeated . No response to mails .They blocked my phone number too .
Please help me with the refund .
