Suraj Hemnani filed complaint against Groww App on Sep 1, 2022
I had ordered an MF SIP of **** and, due to confusion, canceled the order (the amount was already deducted). Then I got an email from their team saying that the amount would be refunded in * working days. After * days when I asked them for a refund, they said it will take *-* more days. Then again after *-* days, they said it is not in our control. The refund is delayed from BSE.
I tried connecting them several times, but I did not get any response. (Yes I was getting written responses, but they were never satisfactory).
The best part is, you cannot complain against these online portals on consumer forums. Because most of the time you will get only one response (Sir, iski complaint yaha nhi hoti). And when you ask where to file the complaint, you will get a genius solution from their executive. (Sir, google kr lijiye, men bhi google pe dekh ke bataya ki Groww ki complaint yaha nhi hoti).
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
