Dear sir, Last month (**-**-****) i am registerd new connection from Hathway for my brother.i am made payment of Rs:****/- same day my friend has suggested this service is not good so after that i am realised then immeiately i am informed the technical person to cancel the installation dont visit my location he said k sir i am ask him for the refund he shared his TL mobile number and i am made the payment also to the same number he(TL) said sir payment you will receive in * week i am waiting almost * month completed not yet received and somany followups not a proper response from him i am had a full of frestration because of him i need my payment should be refund to me.Now i am beleive my friends suggestion how bad this network...i want the company to take action about the irresponsible TL.In future no one has to do the same mistake to there consumers because without us how they have work i need immediate action and my payment should be refund...
