VOIFS Consultancy Pvt Ltd - Refund Not Done and Cheated

The staff of VOIFS Consultancy Pvt Ltd, posted in one FB group regarding unsecured loan at ** to ** percent interest per annum and asked to DM her in FB messenger . When I contacted her in Face book messenger , she asked me to contact in whatsapp. I contacted in whatsapp and I was told that the company will arrange investments for start up and asked me to submit my business plan . And I was told that there is no need to pay any upfront fee until my plan is approved by investors for funding. I submitted the business plan and on the next day I have received mail from VOIFS Consultancy mentioning that my proposal was accepted by Investors and after agreement , the fund of ** Lakhs will be credited as investors are ready . They asked me to pay the agreement fee of Rs ***** + GST and I paid it immediately on **th August. And in the mail they have clearly mentioned that the money will be refunded in ** days if they are not able to provide me an investor.

After that, I have seen many complaints about this company and I came to know that many victims were ruthlessly cheated by this company, its staffs and directors. When I asked about these victims to the company staffs they told that they were given many investors and they were already refunded . But when i approached the victims , they denied of the refunds and nearly all of them were cheated by the company in the same way and there are many many complaints about the frauds of the company. I also started posting in facebook groups about such cheatings and i advised the group members not to py any advance to any company before your loan or fund is ready. (Not only against VOIFS, it was a general advice} . After many such postings the CEO cum son of one of the directors , by name Mr Naveen called me and tried to compromise me and requested not to post in facebook groups and he promised for refunds. And once he has told that he has done the refund already . But it was not credited in the bank account, and i realised that I was cheated. I started posting in facebook groups again about this frauds and we formed a whatsapp group to fight against this fraud. After few weeks he called me again and promised me of a refund on *th of October and again on *th he called me and asked me for * days time and promised me for the refund on *th October for sure. On *th october i reminded him and he told that it will be done before evening, and again in the evening i reminded him and he told that it will be done in one hour and again at * PM he told that it will not be done today and can be done only by tomorrow and he blocked my number.

I have all the proofs of whatsapp communications with the CEO and staffs of the company and there are somany victims affected by this fraud. Since the amount is only Rs ***** many people are not interested in fighting with the company and this company is taking it as an advantage and happily cheating many many desperate entrepreneurs.

I need justice for me and for all the affected victims of this company, its directors , CEO and all cheating staffs.
