I have ordered a black leatherette watch with order number SO*******b** on **nd March. They delivered on **th of March but that product was different from which I have booked online. It looks like old. Date and day also not showing correctly. I have contacted them through mail and phone call but no response for ** days. Later I have commented in their FB page and sent mail that I’m going to file a case on them. After *days I got a call that they will refund the amount after receiving the product. It's been * days but I didn’t get any refund amount and no proper response from their end.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
