Women Clothes Studio - Refund not delivered

I placed an order on **th october its more than */* days i have not received my parcel. I tried to contact them throught mail, calls, msges but they didn't replied. This is a fake website already many customers are trapped with them plz look into this matter seriously. Today i.e on **th oct **** when i called another customer care number of their website someone received the call i shouted at them ask for refund then they agreed to give but in a fraud payment mode. They asked me to note one phone number then they send me a msg which was not readable and asked to forward on noted number when i did it i got a msg from my bank that someone has link my account to some app immediately report it. Then they asked me my account number and its password when i denied them they started harrasing me that if u dont say we wont give u refund being a woman * person abused me on call now its a height voxya need to resolve this prblm and report this website and help me and other customers to get their money back.
