uFaber Edutech Pvt Ltd IELTS Ninja - Refund Not Delivered

I enrolled in the PR Program with ufaber Edutech also goes by Name from IELTS Ninja in Aug ****. At the Time of enrollment, they informed me that my profile is suitable for getting PR from Canada. They updated me that we are they will help me with the documentation and mentioned that in case if I didn't received ITA from Canada in ** Months, They will refund the entire amount. I have written confirmation on Email. I paid them amount of INR ***** . It is more than * years and Canada PR account is disabled now. I have been requesting from refund through call and email but I am yet to get any refund. They are not responding to my call and Emails .
