Cleartrip and AirAsia - Refund not credited

I booked Air Asia * tickets * months back and flight was cancelled by Air Asia citing the reasons as operational issue. I followed with Air Asia for full refundbof my money. Initially they were not responding to my mails but at last they send me an email mentioning that my full refund has been processed by them and it will be credited by the Cleartrip. Then I am continuously following with Cleartrip and they are saying my refund has been processed and I will receive it within *-* working days. Cleartrip has also send me the confirmation of the refund but still it is not credited. They are fooling the customers by saying that refund is processed bit actually it is never credited. I want to lodge a complaint in consumer forum against them for refund of my money.
